L’Oasis du Verdon is a spacious 3-star campsite located in Aups, capital of the Haut Var. We welcome you to our 2.5 hectare family estate.
You will find more than 120 pitches, 60 of which are spacious, each surrounded by hedges for more privacy.
We also offer 42 natural, luxury or traditional accommodations.
You can choose to rent a mobile home, a chalet, a lodge or a fully equipped tent. Swimming pool, petanque, beach volleyball, table tennis, table football, children’s club and playground, everything is there to make your stay a dream.
Its exceptional location in the heart of the Verdon Regional Natural Park makes it a perfect place to discover the Provençal region (olive oil production and vineyards), gastronomy, cycling, hiking, water sports in the Gorges or the lakes.
At the Oasis du Verdon, you will appreciate the privileged access by a small 300 m pedestrian path to the beautiful, typically Provencal village of Aups, a village renowned for its truffles and its colourful markets, and the “fresh air” effect: the heat but without the nightly heatwave thanks to its geographical location (500 m. altitude)!
Open from mid-May to mid-September, depending on the weather, the swimming pool, heated to 28°C, will delight children and adults alike. The restaurant, open from mid-June to the end of August, allows gourmets to taste typical Provencal dishes at low prices!

We are pleased to invite you to discover our magnificent Region Provence- Alpes-Cote d’Azur from your haven of peace, calm and quite, nestled in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Verdon and located about 5 minutes’ walk from the typical Provençal village of Aups.
Created in 1972 with authenticity and nature basics, the Oasis du Verdon campsite is looking for nature well-being. This approach started 40 years ago thanks to the Roux family is still going on.
New owners since early 2016, we chose good life with our children in Provence after 25 years working in the Paris region and besides we moved closer to our family who lives in Saint Raphaël. That is a strong will of change which led us to Aups, for a better life, in the great outdoors, a simple life always friendly towards others, looking for human touch and true relationship in connection with our family project. To develop a human-size campsite, which looks like us, in which we enjoy satisfying client requests, that is our goal ever.

With a large range of pitches from 80 m² to 130 m², our tents, caravans or camper cars pitches offer you the opportunity to enjoy the sunny climate of the Provence, a few kilometers from the Verdon canyons and the Sainte-Croix lake.
The site boasts comfortable lodges, chalets and fully equipped mobile homes in Provence with sanitary facilities, one, two or three bedrooms, from 18 m² to 40 m² and accommodating up to 8 people.
From classical comfort we have upgraded with air-conditioning, TV set, covered terraces, roller shutters, mosquito nets, gas barbecue, a garden lounge and two outdoor armchairs for more convenience for you! (see detailed description)

The campsite is surrounded by a landscape in terraces, typical for Provence. Farming has shaped the landscapes here and several regional products are highlighted, like the delicious wines, olive oil, honey from the Provence, farm cheeses and not to forget the ‘Diamond’ from Aups: black or white truffles that may be found in the finest restaurants of the area.
