If you already climb or work with local instructors, depending on your level you can discover one of these must-see routes in the Verdon:
Made up of 7 pitches graded 4c to 5b+, it is very well equipped and offers superb views over Lake Sainte-Croix.
Almost no approach walk, an abseil exit and magnificent views make this an accessible route, with a few 6a moves.
Access is via a descent using the Mainmorte via cordata. Perfect for grades 5b/c, in a wild setting.
Access requires 4 abseils, followed by a short walk at the base of the cliffs. Five varied pitches await, with the exit via the three pitches of the Petit chat route on the same site.
Accessed via a 50-metre abseil, it requires around half a day of climbing.
Pleasant even in summer, it benefits from afternoon shade.

Via ferrata consists of aerial routes equipped with cables and metal ladders, creating a pathway through the rock. Fully secured for users, these cliffside or mountain routes are perfect for discovering climbing in a gentle way.
Via ferrata also offers an exciting activity that requires no specific technical skills, somewhere between hiking and climbing.
A great opportunity to experience the thrill of heights and enjoy superb views over the canyon.
Via ferrata is a fun activity featuring many different obstacles set in the heart of nature: zip lines, monkey bridges, beams, metal steps and traverses along narrow ledges. Explore limestone rock faces and cliffs on a secure adventure terrain thanks to permanent cable protection.
