All of our campsites are flat, grassy, and bordered by hedges. They offer you a flower-filled vacation spot in the shade of mulberry, willow, or maple trees—unless you’d prefer a sunny spot to sunbathe under the blue skies of the Var.

Each site can accommodate up to 6 people; the price of the site includes 2 people and 10-amp electricity, as well as your vehicle, which can be parked on the site.

Facilities Available to Campers in the Verdon

For campers at the Gorges du Verdon, the campground features two well-maintained restroom facilities, offering all the amenities needed for a great vacation, including shower stalls, individual sinks, and toilets. A baby area with a bathtub and changing table is available for new parents.

We provide our guests with mobility impairments with an accessible shower stall and toilet. At the start of the season, we offer our campers a heated shower stall.

We also offer a commercial-grade washing machine, sinks for washing dishes, and sinks for washing your laundry with hot water. All Verdon tent sites have Wi-Fi coverage (access available with a ticket sold at the front desk). When you camp at Verdon, you’ll feel completely at one with nature!

Camping at L’Oasis du Verdon is synonymous with affordable, traditional camping. At L’Oasis du Verdon, we offer competitive rates during the low and mid seasons, even without an ACSI or ANWB card: €19.15, including 10-amp electricity (excluding tourist tax, trash collection fees, and energy surcharge).

At Gorges du Verdon Tent Campground, hikers are welcome and have access to tents that are perfectly suited to their needs. Travel light and come discover our special hiker’s tent, where you can relax after a great day of biking or hiking.

Ideal for short stays, it features a 140 x 190 bed or two 80 x 190 beds with a nightstand, a bedside lamp, a covered wooden patio on the side with a table and benches and outdoor lighting, an outdoor kitchen unit with a camping stove, a refrigerator, and tableware, as well as a lockable storage chest.

Pillows and pillowcases are provided. Blankets are available upon request. Sheet rentals are available as an optional service.

Do the campsites have electricity?

Yes, all of our campsites have a 10A electrical outlet.

Since the connection point is not always located directly at the site, we recommend that you bring a hose reel with at least 20 meters of hose.

Also, be sure to bring a European adapter (blue camping-style plug—CEE standard) so you can plug in easily.

For safety and power capacity reasons, only appliances designed for camping are permitted. Household appliances (electric kettles, electric griddles, electric grills, etc.) are not compatible with a 10A power supply.

How big are the campsites?

Our campsites are spacious, ranging in size from 80 m² to 160 m² depending on the area of the campground. Some offer more privacy or shade, depending on your preferences.

What is the difference between Standard and Privilege sites?

Standard sites are spacious, shaded or partially shaded, and located near the main facilities. Premium sites are located on the edge of the campground, in more open and quieter areas, with more space around each site. They offer superior comfort and a more natural atmosphere.

Are the campsites shaded?

Yes, most of our campsites are shaded, as our campground has plenty of trees. Depending on your preferences (shade, sun, or a mix of both), we can help you find the most suitable campsite.

Is Wi-Fi available at the campsites?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the campground, including on the campsites. It is a paid service with good speed, suitable for streaming or working remotely.

What is the maximum size for motorhomes and travel trailers?

Our campsites can accommodate motorhomes up to 10 meters in length. Double-axle trailers are not permitted.

To ensure we assign you the most suitable spot, please provide the exact length of your equipment when making your reservation.

Is it possible to reserve a spot in advance?

Yes, we strongly recommend that you reserve your campsite in advance, especially during peak season, to ensure that the campsite of your choice is available. You can make a reservation directly on our website or by phone.

Are pets allowed on the campsites?

Pets are welcome on our campsites, provided they are kept on a leash. An additional fee applies. We also ask that you ensure your pet does not disturb other campers.

Are the campsites close to the campground’s facilities?

Most of our campsites are located right next to the campground’s main facilities, such as the heated pool, restrooms, restaurant, and playgrounds. However, some campsites offer more privacy and are a little farther from the facilities.

What are the check-in and check-out times for a campsite?

Check-in is available starting at 12:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 12:00 p.m. For early check-in or late check-out, please contact us: we will confirm based on availability. The front desk is closed between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, each site has space for one car. If you need more parking spaces, we also have large parking lots at the campground entrance.

How much does a campsite cost during the off-season?

During the off-season, a campsite for 2 people, including 10A electricity and taxes, is available for €23.41 per night.

Can you rent a refrigerator at your campsite?

Yes, you can rent a 110-cm-tall refrigerator for your site. Just reserve it in advance, and it will be set up before you arrive. A deposit is required.
