We offer three accommodations with private hot tubs: a Premium Chalet for two people, intimate and surrounded by greenery; a Premium Luxury Chalet for six people, spacious and perfectly secluded by green trellises; and a Natura VIP Lodge for seven people, bright and surrounded by nature, featuring three terraces, one of which is dedicated to the spa.
What are the differences between the three accommodations with spas?
- Premium Chalet 1 Spa: a luxurious retreat for two, intimate and surrounded by greenery.
- Premium Luxury Spa Chalet: the most prestigious option, featuring two living areas, a large 35 m² terrace, and an unobstructed view of the Verdon meadows.
- Lodge Natura VIP Spa: the glamping option, built on stilts, featuring three terraces with unobstructed views and a complete immersion in nature.
Is the hot tub truly private for each unit, with no view into it from neighboring units?
Yes, each spa is completely private and enclosed by trellises, tall hedges, or a wooden enclosure—depending on the model—which ensures total privacy and a very natural atmosphere.
What is the temperature setting for the hot tub?
The spa is set to 37°C, the perfect temperature for enjoying a moment of relaxation any time of year.
Can we use the hot tub in the evening?
Yes, and it’s actually one of the best times to enjoy it. In the evening, throughout the season, the spa offers a truly relaxing experience, especially after a long day of exploring or hiking in the Verdon. In the summer, it’s also a wonderful way to wind down before bed, for a moment of gentle relaxation. Of course, this is all done with respect for the campground’s tranquility, as the spas are quiet and perfectly suited for nighttime use.
Is the hot tub noisy?
No, the massage systems and filtration are unobtrusive and make for a very pleasant experience.
How is the hot tub maintained?
Before each guest’s arrival, the spa is drained, disinfected, rinsed, and refilled, then treated with bromine—ideal for water at 37°C—and infused with a tropical fragrance. For stays of one week or longer, the water is automatically changed after 7 days. An early water change is available upon request (please indicate next to the spa).
What are the rules for using the hot tub?
You must shower before each use. Do not adjust the jets (they are set for optimal comfort). Children under 8 are not allowed in the hot tub, and older children should use it only for short periods and under supervision. Pregnant women are advised not to use the hot tub. Can we use the hot tub in the summer?
Yes, and you can even lower the temperature slightly for a more refreshing experience. In summer and during the shoulder seasons, the evening is often the best time to enjoy it, especially after long hikes in the Verdon, when the light begins to fade and the cool air makes relaxation even more pleasant.
Are there any activities available for guests staying at accommodations with a hot tub?
Of course. In addition to your private spa, you can enjoy all the campground activities organized during the summer—such as aquarelax, entertainment, the heated pool, and fun evening gatherings—and you’ll also get to experience the exceptional setting of the Verdon, which is ideal for hiking, kayaking, swimming in natural pools, or exploring Provençal villages.
