Want to go for a swim in a small cove on Lake Sainte-Croix? Or would you like to spend a full day at the beach in a magical spot—a tiny cove nestled between the largest bay on the French Riviera and the Île d’Or, which served as the inspiration for Hergé’s Tintin adventure “The Black Island”? Just ask us—we’ll be there to make your wishes come true, just like friends stopping by.

How about discovering local gourmet produce, such as goat’s cheese from Jocelyne, a goat farmer in Barjols who sells her produce at the Régusse market on Sunday mornings? Or perhaps enjoying an exclusive tour of the vineyards and cellars at Domaine de Valcolombe, situated 7 km from the campsite, where you’ll be welcomed by Philippe and his wife, Marie Hélène?

Looking for more simple pleasures? Take a stroll along the rooftops of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, climbing the stairs to the viewpoint at the Notre Dame de Beauvoir Chapel. Or, for a truly enchanting experience, take in the breathtaking views of the vast fields of blooming lavender on the Valensole Plateau between mid-June and mid-July.
